GAIA Bridal Arriving Soon at Brides & Bustles

The absolutely breath-taking bridal gowns from GAIA will soon be taking pride of place on our rails.

We are always looking for fresh new bridal brands here at Brides & Bustles, and recently we added GAIA to our roster of designers. Their sophisticated and feminime styles wow'd us from the very first momnt we saw them, and instantly we knew our brides would love them too.

The classically beautiful, soft romantic bridal gowns from GAIA will be arriving at Brides & Bustles soon. And so we thought we'd share a sneak peek at some of the styles we're expecting in, and tell you a little bit more about our exciting new brand.

GAIA Bridal gowns are all lovingly created and designed by Maria Ryan and her fantastic UK-based team. The GAIA brand itself, began in 2013 when multi award-winning bridal boutique owners Maria and Simon Ryan decided to create their own bridal collection in order to appeal to the brides that visited their store.

The wedding dresses they designed became so popular, that they decided to extend past the initial styles, and offer their collection to other independent bridal retailers under the Catherine Parry brand name. The first collection, and subsequent further collections were a huge hit, and even won awards in recognition of their success.

Fast forward to 2020, and Catherine Parry bridal was relaunched as GAIA. And Maria’s designs are now available through a network of almost 50 retailers across the UK and Ireland. She remains at the forefront of the bridal design process, personally sketching each and every new style at her studio in Wales. While also travelling the world to source the finest fabrics and laces to ensure that GAIA gowns don’t just look beautiful, but they feel beautiful to wear too.

Every bridal gown from GAIA is exclusively designed in the UK with a real focus on fine fabrics and exquisite detailing such as hand-applied beadwork. So while you browse their gowns, you can expect a glorious attention to detail, alongside highly wearable works of art with just a hint of high drama. From eye-catching glitter tulle skirts to daring V-backs, beaded lace and exposed boning - these are swoon-worthy gowns that need to be on your try-on list.
